Why do some of your fabrics have a relaxed, laundered look?
We ADORE laundered fabrics. If we could wash every single fabric construction, we would! We work very hard to achieve a soft, buttery hand on our cotton and linen fabric constructions. The fabric has a wonderful, naturally rumpled, broken-in appearance. Please note: with all laundered fabrics, wash marks, folds and creases can be inherent. Every single yard of fabric takes on its own unique characteristic during the vintage wash process.
What is the best way to care for the product?
Each pillow has specific care instructions listed under the product descriptions. In addition, all of our merchandise has individual care labels sewn inside the pillow cover.
Where are your fabrics and products made?
We search for mills both local and global that embody the characteristics of Adelene Simple Cloth™: integrity, mindfulness, ethics and quality. We choose the best fibers and yarns to create impeccable woven goods with character and tactility. Adelene’s finished goods, unless otherwise indicated, are custom sewn with pride and care in western North Carolina.
